Social Media Intern:
The Social media interns are responsible for creating and executing marketing techniques through our social media networks which include and are not limited to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Goal: To drive traffic to our website and increase follows and likes to our social media pages.
Requirements: Weekly check in to OFW staff on progress and results with social media plans.
The Marketing Intern is responsible for creating awareness about Orlando Fashion Week through social events on campuses, businesses, and one on one networking. Create a marketing timeline campaign that would include print, radio and T.V. Research media costs such as radio,T.V, and print for 2019 campaign.
Goal: To create more awareness of Orlando Fashion Week and drive tickets sales.
Requirements: Currently enrolled in business /marketing program.
Hair and Make-up coordinator
The Coordinator is responsible for obtaining a hair and makeup team for Orlando Fashion Week 2019 for all events including model shoots. To research current trends in both hair /makeup and present trend boards to OFW staff. Coordinate and communicate to all teams participating in the events the current looks and timeline needed to produce a seamless event.
Goal: Execute a cohesive brand look for Orlando Fashion Week.
Requirements: Currently enrolled in Cosmetic program or have degree in cosmetology.
The coordinator is responsible for obtaining volunteers for both the front of house and backstage for Orlando Fashion Week. They are to create schedules and availability of all volunteers. Coordinate and communicate all duties and responsibilities of volunteers.
Goal: To obtain sufficient volunteers needed for all OFW events, communicate with all volunteers the responsibilities during the event along with delegate responsibilities.
Requirements: Great organizational and communication skills. Currently enrolled in Event Planning/Business program.
